Please keep the *graphics terms and conditions in mind if you decide to use anything:
- Rights to all graphics found on *DS are sole property of this site and under a Creative Commons License. Graphics may be used freely for any purpose on conditions that they not be modified or altered from original form unless otherwise stated.
- I request graphics not be redistributed by any other person or on any other sites except by those staffed or affiliated with DS. If graphical content from DS must be redistributed then a credited link back to Deadeyes-star.com must be present with the graphic or no more than one mouse click away from where the graphic is being displayed on a page that should be obvious enough to find, such as on a credits page.
- All *copyright codes and *watermarks, if present, may not be removed off of any graphic.
- Do not claim ownership or creation of any graphic content found on DS.
- Directly linking to a graphic's location on the DS server to display on any other site or for re-distribution other than on DS is strictly prohibited. Please save the graphical content on your computer and upload to your own webspace.
- Graphics may not be used for or as *resources. They should not be used for anything other than the purpose they were made for. Example: wallpapers may not be used in the creation of web layouts or as backgrounds for myspace pages.
Definitions:
*Graphics - including but not limited to avatars, signs, desktop wallpapers, web layouts, myspace layouts and pixel art.
*DS - Short for "Deadeyes-star.com".
*copyright codes - html coding that is places on every layout distributed on DS. Includes a link back to Deadeyes-star.com and states the copyright belonging to Deadeyes-star.com
*Watermarks - Graphical embedding of a DS copyright into a graphic.
*Resources - being used as stock in creation of another graphic.
